When Will I Receive My Medication?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method. Typically, you will receive your
medication in 10 to 14 business days, if shipped by the regular shipping option
and in 5 - 7 business days, if shipped by the express shipping option. Please click

a particular medication. Business days are all calendar days excluding weekends
and local holidays.

Where are the medications shipped from?
|

The medications are shipped from RetailParma's facility in India. Note, the medications
are discreetly packaged in unmarked paper envelopes. The name "Retailpharma”
does not appear on the packaging.

How will my medication be packaged?
|

To protect privacy of our customers, we discreetly package all medications in unmarked
paper envelopes resembling personal mail with the return address in India. The name
"Retailpharma” does not appear anywhere on the packaging.
Depending on the medication and the pill quantity ordered, the medication can arrive
in a factory packaging or in a vacuum sealed plastic bag for your protection.

Do I need to have a prescription to buy here?

When submitting an order, you will need to fill out an online medical questionnaire.
One of Retailpharma's physicians will review your answers and will issue a prescription
upon approval. The entire process takes less than one minute, and the prescriptions
are free.

What is your cancellation policy?
|
|

If for any reason, you feel that you are not completely satisfied with your order
at Retailpharma, please contact our Customer Support department, and we will issue a full
refund back to your credit card. Also, if your prescription is not approved by the
doctor, you will not charged for the order.

How does the entire process work?
|

After you fill out and submit the medical review form, one of our licensed physicians
will determine if you are eligible to benefit from the medication you have chosen.
If you are eligible, the physician will then write a prescription for that medication
and forward it to our pharmacy to be filled. The pharmacy will then fill and ship
your order to your home, office, or a P.O. Box in discreet packaging.

How do I place an order?

When you click an order link, you will be taken to our secure server where you will
set up your account. You will answer an online questionnaire to provide information
relevant to your medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, submit
your order for processing.

that you place a refill or re-order in the same manner as you placed your first
